  • - Module 1 — Fundamentals of cortico-basal implantology: evolution, cortical anchorage, indications & contraindications, monobloc single-piece principles, biomechanics of load transmission, treatment planning and patient selection
  • - Module 2 — Cortical philosophy: cortical engagement, bone physiology and remodelling, immediate loading biomechanics, strategic implant placement, primary stability in compromised ridges
  • - Module 3 — Advanced surgical anatomy: maxillary & mandibular cortical landmarks, CBCT interpretation, anatomical risk assessment, surgical navigation and planning
  • - Module 4 — Pterygoid implants: anatomical considerations, case selection, surgical protocol and angulation, avoiding complications, immediate loading applications
  • - Module 5 — Trans-sinus implant placement: sinus anatomy and radiographic assessment, surgical technique, prosthetic considerations, management of sinus complications
  • - Module 6 — Trans-nasal implant placement: nasal floor anatomy, strategic cortical engagement, surgical protocol, prosthetic rehabilitation
  • - Module 7 — Immediate functional loading protocols (2–4 days): occlusal principles, decision-making keys, prosthetic workflows, delivery of fixed prosthesis within 2–4 days, long-term maintenance
  • - Module 8 — Prosthetic protocols: single-piece implant prosthetics, cross-arch stabilisation, full-arch rehabilitation, hybrid prostheses, immediate loading workflows
  • - Module 9 — Complications, risks and their management: surgical and prosthetic complications, sinus-related complications, implant mobility and failure analysis, clinical decision-making algorithms
