Is the SureMedico app free?
Yes. The app is free to download and free to use — posting a vacancy, applying to jobs, browsing consultants and messaging clinics all cost nothing. There are no in-app purchases and no recruiter commissions.
Is there a SureMedico iPhone or iOS app?
Yes. SureMedico is on the App Store as well as Google Play, and it is the same app — same account, same profile, same Job Board. Sign in with the phone number you already use.
Can I follow up with my patients from the SureMedico app?
Yes — that is Patient Followup, and it is one of the things the app does that the website does not. You add a patient and a follow-up date once; on the day, they get a short check-up on WhatsApp in Hindi, English, Marathi, Spanish, German or Italian and tap their answers; their dental score and any warning sign arrive on your phone. It is free, and the patient installs nothing.
Is the free dental assistant course in the app?
Yes. The whole 19-module dental assistant course — lessons, photographs and quizzes in English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu and Tamil — is in the app, and the same course is on this website, so an assistant can use whichever suits them. It is free either way, and progress carries across because it is one account.
Do I need a separate account for the app and the website?
No. It is one account. Sign in to the app with the same phone number you use on the website — the OTP arrives on WhatsApp — and your profile, CV, applications and messages are already there.
Who can use the SureMedico app?
Verified dental professionals practising — clinic owners, associate dentists looking for work, MDS visiting consultants, and dental assistants. Every profile is checked against the relevant dental council, typically within 24 hours.
How do I get job alerts for vacancies near me?
Allow notifications and capture your location once in the app. When a clinic near you posts a matching vacancy, your phone gets a push notification straight away rather than a digest the next day — one of the things only the app can do.
Will other users see my phone number?
No. Your number is never shown on a public profile or listing. Dentists and clinics reach you through in-app chat, and a phone number is revealed only when you choose to share it or when a hiring connection is confirmed by both sides.
