  • Day 1: principles of sinus bone grafting; surgical anatomy & physiology of the maxillary sinus; radiographic planning; indications & contraindications; crestal vs lateral technique; introduction to the CAS kit; hands-on with sinus model
  • Day 2: lateral approach sinus lift; armamentarium; conventional lateral technique; LAS kit full surgical protocol; choice of graft materials; sinus pathologies; complications of the crestal approach; hands-on with sinus and pig jaw
