Your V Care is growing with 10 branches, aiming for 100 by 2028; hiring experienced doctors for Nalasopara and Virar. Role: Dental Surgeons / Associate Dentists to perform all general dentistry procedures and manage patients independently in a fast-paced multi-chair setup. Responsibilities: comprehensive diagnosis & treatment planning; RCT, extractions, restorations, scaling, crowns & bridges, complete & partial dentures; patient consultations, follow-ups, post-op care; clinical records & protocol compliance; patient counselling on treatment/preventive care; coordination with specialists for multi-disciplinary cases; sterilization, infection control & hygiene; daily OPD and treatment targets. Requirements: BDS / MDS from a recognized university with valid state dental council registration; minimum 1-3 years clinical experience preferred; proficient in RCT, extractions, restorative & prosthetic work; strong patient management & communication; willingness to work at Nalasopara & Virar and flexibility for multiple branches; freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.
