How to delete your account

1. In the app: open SureDealers → More → Delete account → confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
2. On this page: sign in with your business WhatsApp number (we send a one-time code from SureMedico's dealer number +91 99674 06651), tick the confirmation box and press Delete my account. The account is deleted immediately.
3. By email: write to suremedicomail@gmail.com from any address, with the subject "Delete my SureDealers account" and the phone number you signed in with. We confirm on that number and delete the account within 7 days.

Sign in to delete my account

Never signed in to SureDealers? Then there is no account to delete.

What is deleted

• Your login: phone number, contact name and email address.
• Every price you entered, your delivery terms, and the price-check reminders.
• Your in-app inbox and the notification tokens of your phones.
• Products you added that were still waiting for review, with their photos.
• Private notes you left about how clinics pay.
• Changes you made to your business profile (address, website, brands, description) — the listing goes back to how it appeared before you signed in.

All of this is removed from our live systems immediately.

What is kept, and for how long

• Your business listing in the SureMedico dealer directory (business name, city, phone) — it was listed from public business information before you joined and stays after you leave. To have the listing removed as well, email us.
• Orders dentists placed with you — they are the clinic's own purchase record, and are kept for as long as that dentist's SureMedico account exists. Orders not yet dispatched are declined and the dentist is told.
• Reviews dentists wrote about your business, and catalogue products we had already approved (without any link to you).
• A deletion record — your phone number, business name and the date — so we never invite you to the app again. Email us to have this erased too.

Delete some data without deleting your account

• Prices: in the app, open Prices, tap a product and press Remove.
• Profile details on your listing (address, website, email, brands, description): More → Business profile, clear the field and save.
• Notifications on a phone: More → Sign out removes that phone's notification token.
• Anything else (the email you gave when claiming your listing, a delivery term, an inbox message, a product photo you added): email suremedicomail@gmail.com saying what to remove and the phone number you signed in with. We delete it within 7 days.
